Payment
1st Appointment:
PREPAYMENT via BACS (direct bank transfer must be in advance of appointment - bank details sent at time of booking).
Appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received. Please understand, this is to prevent 'No-shows' and time wasters.
Subsequent Appointments:
Payment by cash (on arrival and before massage takes place)
or BACS (direct bank transfer must be in advance of appointment - details sent at time of booking).
No-shows
If you do not show up for your massage appointment, you will still be charged in full for your treatment.
NB. I will endeavour to send you a reminder text message the day before, if I have your mobile number.
Cancellations
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will still be charged 50% of your treatment.
No charge for cancellations with more than 24 hours notice.
Please note:
Repeat offenders that have cancelled or not shown up on more than one occasion
will have to PREPAY via bank transfer for all further appointments
and this payment will be non-refundable regardless of the circumstances.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late (for whatever reason) I will still be required to end the session at the scheduled time.
I have reserved this time for you and may have other people scheduled after your time.
You will still be charged the full amount for your massage treatment.
Refused Service
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who...
says or does anything inappropriate.
has a condition or factor whereby they may be harmed as a result of massage.
